Seller Terms of Service

Welcome to Infinity sy. Please read these terms carefully, as they govern the relationship between Infinity sy and the registered seller.
1. Marketing Agreement: This is the contract signed between Infinity sy and the seller, which constitutes the legal form of these terms.
2. Product Quality Guarantee
• The seller is obligated to supply all goods or services offered on the Infinity sy store to the buyer in perfect condition, according to the specifications agreed upon with the buyer and included in the order approved by all parties.
• In the event of any damage to the product before delivery, the supplier or seller bears full responsibility for replacing it at their own expense.
• The buyer must be provided with all specifications for each product and the necessary instructions to ensure the quality of the products according to the agreed specifications and to explain their correct use.
3. Electronic Communications
• When using Infinity sy, you agree to be contacted electronically via email, text messages (mobile), written social media messages, or voice messages (WhatsApp). You may retain copies of these communications, agreements, and notices for your records to document them as written communications and to comply with any relevant legal requirements.
4. Supply/Delivery
• Supply/delivery is agreed upon with the seller. The order specifies how the product will be shipped, and the shipping cost is either borne by the seller (including delivery) or the buyer.
5. Pricing
• All products must be priced based on the lowest selling price sold by the seller or the manufacturer.
• Data, specifications, and prices of all goods or products must be updated regularly due to any changes, as Infinity sy is not responsible for any losses resulting from failure to update.
6. Payment Methods and Commissions
• Payments may be made in cash or bank transfer, as agreed upon. Commissions stipulated in the marketing agreement between the seller and Infinity sy apply.

By accepting this agreement, the seller acknowledges his understanding of the terms of dealing with Infinitysy.com and agrees to all of the above terms at all times. If these terms are updated, any objections between the two parties will be discussed and resolved to ensure that Infinitysy continues to effectively and balancedly meet the interests of all parties.
